Ghostbusters Game unblocked is a 2D retro ghost-hunting game in which you build a paranormal business from scratch. The city is heading for a disaster of biblical proportions, and you have $10,000 to get ready. Spend it on a vehicle, from a compact car to a 1963 hearse, a station wagon or a high-performance model, then fill it with monitoring gear such as a PKE Meter, an Image Intensifier and a Marshmallow Sensor, along with traps and the Portable Laser Containment System.

Then the real work starts. On the city map, Zuul stands in the middle and your GHQ sits near the bottom, while ghosts drift between the streets and the city`s PK energy climbs. Drive to haunted buildings, avoid bumping other cars since every crash costs you money, and use a ghost vacuum on the road if you have one installed. At each building, your Ghostbusters fire their streams to steer the ghost over a trap, but crossing the streams shorts out the backpacks and sends you back to GHQ.

Keep track of your backpack power, empty traps and how many men you have left, because running out of any of them means a trip home. If the Marshmallow Man shows up, stopping him earns $2,000 from the mayor, while letting him loose causes $4,000 in damage. The final mission is to reach Zuul, sneak past the Marshmallow Man and close the portal. This retro browser game is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Pictures, which owns Ghostbusters.

How to Play Ghostbusters Game

Choose a vehicle and load it with equipment before you head out; you need at least one trap, and every car can only carry a limited number of items. On the map, drive toward haunted buildings and press the action key when you arrive.

To catch a ghost, position your Ghostbusters, power up their streams and guide the ghost over the trap without letting the streams cross. Watch the PK energy reading at the bottom of the screen, and return to GHQ whenever your backpacks are drained, you run out of traps or your men are out of action.

Controls

Arrow Keys - Move

Tips

Buy at least one trap before leaving the shop, because the game will not let you start without one.
Check how many items your car can hold, since the compact only carries 5.
Drive carefully, because every collision with another car costs you money.
Never let the streams cross, or the backpacks short out and you have to return to GHQ.
Consider the Marshmallow Sensor, because a loose Marshmallow Man can cost you $4,000.
