Paper Rush is a one button platform game set in a beautiful hand drawn paper world. Everything you do is a jump, which is why the levels are built around when to press rather than where to go.
You avoid spikes and jump over platforms to reach the black hole that completes each level, and collecting all the stars is what completes it perfectly. Finishing without them still counts, so perfection is optional. The double jump is what reaches the stars, so save it instead of using it to correct a jump that already went wrong.
